Reiki, Crystal Reiki & Crystal Healing

Sometimes we simply need a little time and space to pause, breathe and reconnect. Whether in person or over distance, Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions offer a gentle, nurturing space where you can slow down, let go and receive whatever support you need in the moment. Whether you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, out of balance or simply drawn to some time for yourself, each session is intuitively guided around you and your needs. You don’t need to know exactly what you need or have a particular reason for coming — you can simply arrive as you are, allow the session to unfold and relax in stillness for an hour.

Coaching

My coaching sessions offer a safe, supportive space to explore what’s going on for you, reconnect with yourself, accept yourself and begin living life as the truest version of you. I’m here to gently support you towards the freedom you dream of through connection to yourself, others and the ‘more’ you’re seeking. There’s no judgement, no expectations and no need to have it all figured out — just me by your side creating space to explore, grow and become who you want to be.
