WHAT IS COACHING?
Coaching is a partnership, where we work together to dig deep into your beliefs, connect to your inner self and help you rise up to meet your true potential.
Coaching is NOT therapy or counselling. These practices focus on the past, coaching focuses on the present and all the future holds for you.
Coaching is finding YOUR path, exploring YOUR journey as you leave behind what no longer serves you and step into the next level version of yourself.
The women I work with are ready to deepen their connection to themselves and create meaningful change from the inside out. Through intuitive, soulful coaching, you can expect clarity, emotional support, and practical insight that helps you step into the next level version of you with impact, trust and purpose. No stereotypes, just you as you are.
All coaching sessions intuitively integrate traditional coaching tools and methods with energy work, visualisations, meditations and crystals to help you create breakthroughs, harmony and alignment.
There are several ways we can work together as described here. Choosing the right container to hold you as you grow and change is important, so I have designed them to be intuitive and flexible according to what you feel you need. This is a SOUL journey and so meeting you where you are at is what truly matters to me from the very beginning of our time together.
Coaching containers
the embodied soul journey -

The Embodied Soul Journey is a 12 week 1:1 deeply transformational coaching container for women who are ready to fully integrate change in their lives. If you are ready to transform how you live, feel and show up in your life, this is the container for you. This is a supportive space where you are safe to reconnect with who you are, release what no longer serves and step into alignment and harmony in a soul-led way. This container blends coaching with energy work and spiritual connection over three months as you remember, reclaim and embody the truth of who you are. Not only will it help you understand what needs to shift, it’ll help you live it.
The container is in three phases:
Remember - values and reconnection
Release and Rewire - limiting beliefs, self trust and patterns
Rise and Radiate - vision anchoring, boundaries and moving forwards
Weekly sessions are up to 60 minutes long online and at a time agreed by us. Support is available via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger between sessions.
As with any 1:1 coaching package, this is a framework which is fluid and intuitive according to your needs and what arises in your sessions.
the soul alignment journey
The Soul Alignment Journey is a 6 week 1:1 reconnection coaching container for women who want to reconnect with themselves, release what feels heavy, and move forward with more clarity, self-belief, and soul alignment. Each session intuitively offers space for spiritual connection, reflection, healing and meaningful change.
The 6 week container could include sessions such as:
Ground and Arrive - Where are you now?
Reconnect to Self - Values and identity
Notice the Patterns - Limiting beliefs and shadow traits, what is holding you back?
Release What No Longer Serves - loosen old beliefs and create space for something new.
Reclaim Your Voice - self trust, boundaries and desires.
Align and Move Forward - recognition of change and next steps.
As with any 1:1 coaching package, these topics are fluid and will be chosen or changed according to your needs and what arises in your sessions.

integration session
If you feel you’d benefit from extra support after your container ends, then you can book a 20 minute online Laser Integration Session. A Laser session is to the point and focuses on one area you feel you are experiencing a block around. This can be added on to the end of any container.
