I provide Reiki, Crystal Reiki and Crystal Healing treatment sessions in my therapy room in Stanhope, Weardale. I also provide distant Reiki sessions which can be arranged in advance.
Treatment Sessions
Hi, I’m Lesley. I am a Reiki Master, Crystal Reiki Master and Master Energy Healing Practitioner. I am fully insured, Enhanced DBS checked and a member of the CMA or Complementary Medical Association.
I provide sessions in my cosy therapy room in Stanhope, Weardale where you can relax, heal and be supported.
Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions are usually an hour long and involve you lying fully clothed on a bed whilst I place my hands on or over you for Reiki or place crystals on you which I then work with in Crystal Healing. The treatments are non-invasive and can do you no harm. The energy works with you and helps you to relax, de-stress, heal or resolve any traumas you may be holding on to. Sessions will always be followed by a chat and a discussion about moving forwards.
For those who prefer, I can provide distant Reiki and Crystal Healing sessions.

Crystal Healing
Crystal Healing Practitioners use their knowledge of the stones and of the patient in the healing process. There are various methods of healing with crystals, such as placing crystals on and around a person while they are lying down, or using a wand to focus energy and intent on the other person in a way that relates specifically to their ailment and needs. Healing sessions often involve the use of crystals on the body and a wand or pendulum.
Reiki
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of healing and self-improvement that everyone can access. It has been effective in helping virtually every known illness and malady and always creates a beneficial effect. It complements other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. Reiki involves the laying on of hands in order for the Reiki energy to be channelled through the practitioner to the client.
Crystal Reiki
Crystal Reiki combines the benefits of both Crystal Healing and Reiki energy. The practitioner will lay crystals on or around your body and charge them with Reiki energy. Some believe this can improve or increase the healing power of the crystals, whilst also benefitting from the life force which is Reiki energy.
